Frequently asked questions
Can a crack come back after repair?
It depends on its origin. A shrinkage or surface crack is easily treated; if it comes from movement in the building, it may reappear. We identify the cause during the visit and explain the possible solutions.
Can you render directly over old paint or wallpaper?
Wallpaper must be removed. Old paint that still adheres well can stay if it is properly prepared (cleaning, sanding, primer). We check the condition of the surface before choosing the method.
Do you only take on large jobs?
No: repairing a wall, redoing a ceiling, skimming a single room or a complete job, we adapt our work to the scale of your project.
Can plastering and painting be combined in the same quote?
Yes, and it is the simplest option. We do both: one quote, one point of contact, and work that follows on logically from preparation to finish.
