Do I need to empty the rooms before the work?
Not entirely. We move and protect any remaining furniture, but you make our job easier by clearing fragile items, ornaments and shelf contents. We talk about it during the visit.
How many coats of paint are needed?
Generally a primer coat if the surface requires it, then two finishing coats. The exact number depends on the condition of the walls and the colour chosen: going from a dark colour to a light one, for example, takes more work.
Can we stay in the home during the work?
In most cases, yes. We work room by room and organise ourselves to limit disruption. You just need to air the rooms regularly, especially as we favour low-emission paints whenever possible.
